Up till a few days ago when I plugged in my Touch iTunes would launch automatically. Now it won't. The check box to do that is definitely ticked. I've even unticked it and reticked it. Anyone got any ideas?

Yeah. If that process isn't there, it won't know to open iTunes if an iPod is plugged in. Have you rebooted your computer at all?

Yeah done reboot many times no diff. Mines a Mac too not a PC. Have got a PC Media Centre in the lounge but do all my Touch stuff on the Mac. Prob need a reply from a Mac owner. OK Fixed it if anyone else does this. You must properly eject the Touch before removing it from either (in my case) the docking station or the USB cable. I have just been pulling it out without doing that. Now it works fine. Same principle as properly ejecting any external USB product.
