Guys, got a problem with iTunes. My dad has just bought an iPad, and for some reason neither of my macs will connect to the iTunes store. This means I can't activate the iPad, and it's currently a £600 piece of junk until I can get it working. Anyway, I've got 2 MacBook Pros, and both of them are having difficulties connecting to the iTunes store. They both complain that I don't have an active internet connection. Anyway, both laptops have different set-ups, neither are running any firewall or virus programs, and I have a direct connection to the internet. It worked before I went on holiday, but now it's completely broken (and we've not changed anything). Both laptops are up to date completely, with the latest OS X and iTunes installed. Any advice?
