iTunes "STILL" thinks iPod touch Is an iPhone

    So i was just connecting my iPod up to my computer this evening so i could Re-sync some of my music when my iPod didnt show up in iTunes.

    and being the impatient perspn i am i pulled the usb out of my ipod and put it back in quickly and this message popped up.

    Apple Still havn't Fixed up all their iPhone-iPod Touch bugs yet.

    how very sad

    Try Full Restoring it:
    plug it in to the PC
    Hold the Home & Power Button together.
    Hold them till the iPod (or iPhone in your case) disconnects from the PC
    Then quickly let go of the power button and keep holding the home button till it reconnects to the PC
    You should see, on your iPod, a Plug and an iTunes Logo.... that what is sopposed to happen.
    Now iTunes should tell you "iPod in recovery mode you must restore in order to ...."
    So click ok.
    Then Click restore!
    And it will do it's stuff... it should take about 5-10 minutes.

    are you sure your touch isnt named "iphone"? hahaha
