This is a great theme from a member of a different forum I visit. It's awesome and works for both Windows and Mac on iTunes 10.

Download Page - Windows (Only supports x86 for now)
    Download Page - Mac

For the Windows version, you just need to extract and then copy/move the files to C:/Program Files/iTunes and make sure to choose replace & merge for any pop-ups that appear.

Did you backup the files first? Just back them up (Copy into another folder)... Then make sure you copy both the folder and .dll into the iTunes folder and replace and merge for all the pop-ups.

I'm guessing this is for 32 bit users only?
