Well, even when i dfu to restore to a normal 1.1.4 apple firmware, itunes says that there is like 90.2mb of "other" memory on my iPod Touch....

At first i was like whatever, but now im getting a little ... "OCD" about the whole situation. Please help guys lol.

+ rep offered for solutionzz and/or help in any way!

also, i was wondering if it was because of extra files that possibly exist on my ipod? i dont think its safe to run rm -rf / for obvious reasons but if that would clear my ipod and then the files would be placed back in a restore, i would like that beccause that would solve it...

If you are in 1.1.4 then that always shows up for me when I restore in itunes, its just teh extra stuff in the firmware that it registers as other.

Isn't the "Other" the stuff taken up by the Operating Systems? Such as the Library Folder, System Folder, Var Folder Etc.
