iTunes Packet Sniff Results

    So I tried doing a restore on my iPod while running a packet sniffer.

    I deleted the software file from my computer so it would download again, and it did.
    iTunes extracted, installed, restarted my iPod.

    Below is the log from the packet sniffer. Most of the data is the downloading of the file, which is all random.
    Most of the readable data happens in the beginning and end of the file.

    That opens when you start downloading the software update.

    could be the iPhone version of it.

    Update: With the help of ipodtouchmaster and dagar, I have been able to completely packet sniff the purchase process of the iPod applications, and got the apps in the process. Below is the new log:
