What if an exploit is found in iTunes? like make it easier to restore custom FW as in nooo limits whatsoever... and enable syncing for apps rejected by the appstore? without cydia?

Sounds nice. But I highly doubt it will happen.

Unlikely, since all the usual roadblocks (SHSH checking, bootcode checking) are done on the device itself.

that's Y u authorize ur iTunes prior to syncing. n iTunes connect to Apple server when restoring even for older devices. i remember my iPod firmware crashed n went 6 hours without using it. i was with my laptop only n no internet to restore

plus i don't think u can use iTunes as exploit. Apple would surely be pissed off even if that's a possibility. highly doubt it will happen!

Yeah, Spirit did. I remember the Restore Completed screen when I ran it so yeah, it was iTunes backups.

    Jailbreaking for iTunes won't happen.

Jailbreaking is not installing Cydia. We could probably sign Cydia with developer identities if we wanted to, but Cydia is one of the last things done in a jailbreak. Jailbreaking is enable root access to the system.

Even if we could exploit iTunes to get Cydia on it, it'd be useless.

But as for the original idea of getting stuff like MiTube on, it'd work if an exploit was found (or if an iPhone Developer would sign it for you with your UDID).
