Ok. So i ran into the problem on my Itunes. It was that whenever i rented a movie, i had 24 hours to watch it after i first started to play it. So one day i wanted to figure out how to extend this time period.

    Here's How:
    1. You have to have an Itunes account.
    2. Find a movie you want to rent.
    3. Before you start to download it, change the date on your computer to 12/31/2009. Trust me, I've tried changing my computer date to 12/31/3000 but it doesn't work. neither does 01/01/2010.
    4. Once the movie download is done, play the movie for about 10 seconds and than stop the movie, don't worry you will have time to watch it.
    5. This makes Itunes think you that you started the movie at 12/31/09 and whatever time.
    6. Set your clock on your computer back to the correct date and time and wallah!

You now have the movie for more than a year.

If Itunes pops a box up saying that your time is off, just make the date less into the future.

I've done this twice, but now I just convert all my DVDs into mp4s. It's much simpler.

My movies don't even have a time limit on them, I tryed going forward in time to see if they would delete, but they did not.
