Hey! I'vo got a big problem. I just got a Laptop with Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit. iTunes always says that when i connect the iPod Touch, that i should connect the iPod to a 32-bit Computer. How I can make iTunes work?

There is no 64bit driver for the Touch.

Yep, this was a mighty blow for me too. Had to go out and spend $1k on hardware in order to qualify for an OEM copy of Vista 32 -_-

I created a virtual machine in VMWare and I have to say it works pretty well. Still, It is really boring to sync the app with your harddisk, then iTunes with your virtual machine. I think Apple really loses money here.
More and more people are getting Windows x64 OS nowadays.

Anyway, VMWare will do the trick for a moment.

    Come on, google's your friend:
    http://www.vmware.com/
This is not a freeware though. If you need it more than 30 days, try another virtualization software, but I'm not too sure any other than this one would work. Hope it helped.

    k.

Edit: btw, don't forget the option in vmware to activate your iPod only on your virtual machine, not on your real PC.

VMWare is awesome... Ever want to know what would happen if you that ran that potentially harmful .exe file? VMWare will safely find out.

    Hi there!

Microsoft Virtual PC doesn't work. It lacks USB support. I tried that already with my iPod touch

Any rumors about a 64 Bit compatible iTunes / iPhone & iPod touch driver / hack yet?

Sorry for the bad information I provided. I guess that explains why it's a free download.
