Assuming you're on windows, Have you been messing around with any of the files in the "Music" folder in your "C:\Users\YourName"? Because that will usually be the problem. Don't mess with the .itl files....

Nope, never touched them. I just checked the iTunes folder, (In Music) then then went into iTunes music, and every thing is there. And yes i am on windows.

Hmmm.. Do anything recently that may have caused it?

    Possible Solutions:
    - Go to edit > Preferences > Advanced and check that the iTunes Music Folder Location is correct.
    - Try double clicking on the .itl file
    - Run iTunes as Admin
    - Re-Installing iTunes
    - Re-import everything (last resort)

I'll try and find out more solutions.

Try this: Hold down the shift key while opening iTunes. Keep holding it down until a screen appears asking you to choose a library or create a new one. Select to "choose a library". A browser window will pop up. Navigate to your drive and look for .itl file in your music folder.
