It didn't work, I'm gonna try restoring it using mac. I guess I'm gonna have to use my fat 5G iPod :'(

What does a 2003 error mean, I got that after the 1604?

I got it to work, all I had to do was:

    uninstall iTunes
    uninstall Apple Mobile Device Support
    reboot
    re-install iTunes.
