    Hi,

Everything works on my iPod. Games, music, videos, etc. But when I try to sync it on iTunes, it doesn't recognize it! When I plug it in, all I hear is the beep sound, and it starts charging. But itunes doesn't start up showing the "About the iPod" page.

    any helP

I know this sounds stupid, but in the left side of iTunes, do you see a panel that says your iPods name?

If you dont, you need to do this.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs
    Uninstall the Following:

    Apple Mobile Device Support
    Bonjour
    iTunes
    QuickTime.

After you uninstalled all of the above, restart your computer

    Now go to http://www.itunes.com/
    Reinstall iTunes.

Try plugging your device back in again, if it STILL doesnt work, do this.

    Go to Start > Run
    Type services.msc

Make sure that AppleDeviceSupport (or something like that) is on.
(ONLY DO THIS STEP AFTER YOUVE UNINSTALLED & REINSTALLED)
