itunes do not see my ipod touch?

    itunes do not see my ipod touch? itunes say"An iPod has been detected, bet it could not be identifield properly. please disconnect and reconnect the ipod, then try again." but my iphone pc suite can see my ipod what i should to do? thanx in advence

    Try putting it in Restore Mode:
    1. Hold Power and Home button till it shuts off
    2. Let go of both
    3. Hold both of them down again till it turns on, when it does (You see the apple) Let go of the power button but continue to hold down the home button till you get the Connect To iTunes screen.

    See if Itunes can see it then.

    but i dont want to restor my ipod , i have alot of stuf in!!!

    use a different computer to see if it is detected. If it isn't, you'll probably have to restore. Otherwise, after u use the other comp try with urs again
