Make sure your network connection is active and try again.

I get this whenever i try to connect to the store. iTunes used to work on this computer about a year ago. But as soon as I installed Vista, it hasn't worked since. I have Norton, but the diagnostics show that the Store isn't being blocked, it has internet access, so I don't know what is causnig this. I'm tired of using an older computer just for my iPod.

    Here are the diagnostics:

Anyone know how to fix this?

Does anyone have ANY IDEA??? I've been working on this for weeks, searching through pages upon pages of Google searches and clicking Allow every time I even attempt to open a window, and I'm getting very tired of it. Can anyone refer me to a better place to ask at least?

Youve lost most of your crucial internet infromation like your dns and Ip address. I would try plugging your computer into an ethernet cable.

Or you could try dualbooting vista with ubununtu.
