So, I tried connecting my iPod Touch to iTunes after restoring everything on my laptop thinking that the blue screen of death wouldn't come back to me. I redownloaded iTunes from Apple's site and set it up and stuff.

And now the problem is starting over again. I've tried some suggestions that I've found over some other websites and even Apple's support section. It just seems like Apple hates Windows very much.

Does anyone know of any future notices if Apple will address this situation, immediately?

What version of iTunes do you have?
    Help>about iTunes

You might have to downgrade the Apple Mobile Device support.

Currently, I have the latest version that I just downloaded from Apple's website. I also have experienced 20 repeated boot ups of my Windows XP system after installing iTunes all over again..

I am thinking of downgrading to iTunes 7 but I have no idea how and I am very skeptical about it, since I downloaded it off of some site, and it kind of crashed my computer..
