When you enter in your iTunes information to download or update applictions, and your jailbroken has it ever been heard of for people to intercept your information when you enter you're email and Password?
As far as sources I haven't entered any crazy sources or installed any unknown apps.

I'm that I would've heard of something like this if it exists.... But I'm paranoid.

apple doesnt really care. unless you scream to the world "im jailbroken", then they may do something. quoted from someone. also apple couldnt keep track of the millions of jailbroken ipod touches out there. if they did, it would be bad business to them to confiscate your account so they would lose potential earnings.

No, apple restricts the USB cable from transmitting any info other than itunes. And if a program could not get into the cable, see what you are doing, and send it back.
