O.K. for everyone who is worried about updating to iTunes 8.2, It is safe ONLY for Redsn0w users who DON'T use USB SSH, So if you use WiFi SSH, It O.K. , or if you don't SSH at all, it's Fine. If you Haven't Jailbroken with Redsn0w, then Go re-jailbreak you iPod with it (ESPECIALLY if you used Quickfreedom)!

More Info for iPhone coming soon (Please let me know about that)

No, if you don't SSH, it's fine, just if you do, it only works with WiFi.

USB SSH is still technically possible, unless the library it reads off is the iTunesMobileDevice Library. Otherwise, you just quit iTunes fully.

will I have any problems if use Diskaid? or since that is somewhat of SSH, it is better if don't upgrade to 8.2?

No, diskaid has fixed their program with an update so it works with iTunes 8.2
