    Hi everybody,

    here my specs:

Ipod Touch 16 GB with Firmware 2.0.1
    Outllook 2007
    Latest Itunes
    Windows XP

Until FW 1.1.4 and corresponding itunes version, sync - both calendar and contacts - was fine.

Then, i updated to the specs mentioned above. Now i have the problem, that nothing is syncing anymore, neither calander nor contacts, both items are empty on my ipod touch.

What makes me wonder, with the old itunes version, when i enabled "info", i got a window to connect with exchange (from outlook), when i started sync.
Now, it doesn't matter, if i am connected to exchange or not, itunes just continues to sync with no more further warnings (both calendar and contacts are just mentioned in the information bar a few seconds).

I already tried to enable the setting to replace contacts and calendar entries in itunes - still no entries on my touch...

Any help would be really appreciated.
    Thx and all the best,
    ww

    iPhone 3G (Black)
    May or may not help...

    1) Load itunes
    2) Plug in iPod touch
    3) Select iPod touch in the left hand menu
    4) Click on the info tab
    5) For contacts hit the drop down menu and select Outlook '07
    6) For calender hit the drop down menu and select Outlook '07
    7) Scroll to the bottom (the Advanced section) and chech the boxes Contacts and Calendar
    8) Sync your iPod and you are good to go (I think)

    Hope this helps, good luck.

    Thx for your reply!

But: the dropdown-menu offers "outlook", "yahoo-adressbook", "windows-adressbook" and "google-adressbook" on contacts, calendar just offers "outlook".

Maybe itunes doesn't recognize Outlook 2007 at all?

    Greetings,
    ww

It seems to be that i am the only one with this problem?

I will pay the apple forums a visit... maybe there is a solution...

any other recommendations still are very appreciated.

I have found a solution for my problem:

due to the fast, that outlook uses a cache mode for the exchange connection, the only local file is one with an .ost ending. It seems that itunes is looking for.pst files only. Therefore, i created a .pst file for my person folder in the options of outlook and try to sync and it works
