Apple has released 7.6.2, and "Usual Apple update lingo shows that this update fixes some bugs in order 'to improve stability and performance.' "

Now my question is one that others may have: update? It's probably a sort of prep for 1.2 (or 2.0) in my opinion. I'll stay at iTunes 7.6.1 for now, and see what the DevTeam says about it.

If there are any other reliable sources that can tell me if I should update or not. or now, though, I would recommend that you don't update if you'd like to "pwn" your firmware. You never know what Apple is going to do to stop hackers from doing their stuff

I hope they fixed the movie rentals. Last time I rented a movie it kept dropping out on me.

I need someone to test a custom firmware made using the IPSW Builder provided in PwnageTool. Basically what I'm asking is to make a custom JB firmware and restore your iPod with it through iTunes 7.6.2. I know there's not many people willing to restore, but if you could...So everyone else won't have to worry.
