Ok, almost everytime I hook up my ipot to my computer to sync it does its usual thing and then a backup. I stop the backup because it takes years for it to stop, but then its syncing my songs again. All my play list is being synced and that takes a long time to. Over 1500 songs. Why does it do that? That back up thing is annoying. Is there a way to stop doing this when its syncing? I know by clicking the little "x" in iTunes stops it, other than that is there another way. I don't need to back up every time I connect my ipot to my computer.

    Surely it's iTunes 7.7 and not 2.0

2.0 is the iphone/ipod touch firmware.

And Yes, there are ways of stopping this, but that would mean the use of the search tool.

yeah, its the 7.7 with firmware 2.0 since I posted this up my ipot is still loading my songs. Its annoying when you're on the go and have to wait for it to load.
