why does it takes 30min - 1 hour or more to download package or even update source?

    im using 16gb ipod touch

i used ziphone before and still the same problem
and now i reflashed it with iLiberty and still the same.. it takes very long time and mostly even fails...

i have been downloading the whole day and still its the same..im from philippines and i tried the other iphones and they have no problems when downloading,

im using itouch though 16gb, about he backuping of apps, unfortunately i have no apps installed at all, this is the 4th time i've jailbroke it. and now im using ziphone... now im refreshing sources, and now its 15 minutes and still running, and its around 10% still, does it take this much time to refresh sources?

i don't think its the wifi connection problem or speed problem... please help me...
