Okay, so this is the thing. I've seen people having internet wherever they go on their iPods for free.
    What I'm wondering is:
How the hell do I do it?
Cause someone has internet on the school bus, and I have no idea how (not an iphone. 2G Touch)

    I've heard something about satellite.
I'm just trying to figure out how it works.

it only has a wifi connection... i dont think its possible to use bluetooth to use a phones connection.... either the bus has wifi, it was an iphone, or it was like an offline webpage

    1. Bus was not on wifi.
    2. It WAS a 2G Touch. I saw it myself. Can't be iPhone.
    3. I doubt it was offline.
I'm really pissed now. I just want to figure this out.
Someone said that you can use satellite to get internet. BUT HOW.

I can only think of an iPhone being used. Either that or an offline webpage someone saved.

Here is what I have come up with on this issue:
(Note: assuming it is an iPod and not an iPhone)

    1) He was a Windows Mobile enabled phone and is using WMWifiRouter to tether his iPod to a 3G connection.

    2) He has found a modem accessory which insertes into the iPod slot at the bottom and is using it.

Both are possible, but #2 is much more unlikely.
