    2.0 is AWFUL.
Suddenly, I can't sync apps to my iPod without getting the SWOD.
How did I used to fix the SWOD? Remove the last app. Can I now? No.

    So I have to restore.
    8 Times.
    EIGHT. TIMES.

And even now as I stare at my iPod's black screen with the Apple Logo and the Restore Wheel spinning away, I can't help thinking that I'm wasting my time and it's going to happen again.

Sync all apps? Sync half of the apps? Sync 5 at a time?
    Nothing works.

When an app goes onto my iPod, the screen freezes. I can't cancel a sync because I can't move the slider and SOMETIMES I get the SWOD. Well. All the time I get the SWOD. All 8 times.

I've deleted apps, rebought them, synced all the music first?
    No.
    More wasted time.

    I want a refund.
    Or compensation.

Sounds absurd? I'm on the brink of throwing this out of the window.
I did not pay £30. $60. How ever many Yen, to waste time restoring, upgrading, downgrading, loosing data, backing up, and feeling frustrated.

I'm writing an angry email which I hope they take seriously and realise their mistake with 2.0.

The number of betas and tests and the amount of time they've had... and STILL it doesn't work.

    Nice reputation.
Not to mention how you didn't send enough iPhones around for everyone. Good job.
Were you expecting only 100 people to buy one?... Hmm??

Right. I'm off to sync ONE LAST TIME. Then. I'll come back with a vengance.

My Last restore it took me over 2 hours, the restore itself was normal at around 5-10 minutes, but when i tried restore my last backup it took nearly an hour to put on 3 apps and change my settings and add back my contacts, and that took an hour..i was very dissapointed so far im not so happy with 2.0

    Not even joking now.
    I have a SWOD.
    Again.
But iTunes says it's still syncing.
Soon it will freeze... I'll put force restore it and try again....
    But not this time.
    I'm writing my letter now.
    Back to 1.1.2 I go.

Has anyone here installed the 'tuner' application that was a paid app? I did, but now it's gone from itunes. Since I have restored and installed all other software, the ipod is now very stable with the new firmware. But no tuner and no chance to download it again - was it buggy?
