itouch stuck in connect to itunes screen

    my itouch 1st gen 32gb jailbroken is stuck in the connect to itunes screen. i dont want to restore cause ill lose all my stuff and i dont have the computer with my files on it. is there anyway to fix it without having to lose my stuff? i dont know what firmware it is cause my brother jailbreaked it for me, he immidiatly jailbreaked as soon as i got it 8 months ago and i didnt upgrade it to anything. ive tried using many stuff like ziphone, ibrickr but they dont detect my itouch. can someone please help me.

    so, you accidentally put it into recovery mode? here is a video tuyt for if you are on firmware 2.0 or above, ibrickr was for the 1.0 firmwares.

    if it isnt jailbroken you can just restore your backedup files from itunes!!
    so just resore

    it is because it is jail broken that will mass up your musis and itunes.
