iTouch 1g FW: 3.1.3 what is the best way to JB ?

    Spirit is definitely your best bet

    Well I would probably use jailbreakme.com, it does work for 3.1.3 and it's a lot quicker

    Make sure to install saurik's PDf patch on cydia because it patches a possible exploit (ironically the one jailbreakme uses).

    I would use redsnow personally. My ipod took forever to boot with jailbreakme. Plus, with redsnow, you can change boot logos and stuff.

    yes redsnow is good but it take time to reboot and in my iphone it takes minutes to boot so i use snowbreeze custom fw

    Ok, i've never used redsnow because i had a 3rd gen.

    OP: maybe use spirit? that was the fastest jailbreak i've ever used. jailbreakme is cool, but spirit seemed to be much faster (especially in boot times)
