My father had an Ipod Touch 3g 3.1.3 model, he gaved it to me with all his apps and music. I tried to restore it, but it looks like it failed. After 24 hours, I still see the Apple logo on the screen with the loading gear. Some times, it stops, but it stars over after 3 seconds. I can't link it to my PC because it looks like it's not connected to anything. I don't have the bill from the store where I bought it. How could I make it normal again without having to go to the shop again?

    Thank you for help

Hold down the home and power buttons simultaneously until the iPod turns off and back on.

Ok, plug it in and put it in DFU mode and try restoring again.

Is there another way to do it? Because it's very hard for me to put it in DFU mode (i'm really bad in electronic) It does not look to work either.
