Ok so this all started out yesturday when i joined this place and found a amazing theme...Vista Maximus Perfection. ANd im new at these stuff so i went ahead Cydia-VMP-winterboard and enabled the 2 "thing" (i dont know wat you call them) and i find out that i cant do it right....
so i read more and more and i instal catergories... and i still failed...
so i download VMP ssh and install but im lazy and i didnt do anyback up....
not only it didnt work, my whole keyboard and such are screwed and weird like when i go settings-general.. BAM right back to the springboard...

I desperatly need help on getting my touch to normal and installing one of the best theme ever made...im using 2.2 and i have appbackup app thing..

oh yea umm a step-bystep for the installation would be nice....

    Just open Cydia
    Download the Theme (for Winterboard)
    Exit out of Cydia
Go to Winterboard (the VMP should be ontop of the list)
    Select the theme
    Close Winterboard
    Your Springboard will Re-Spring
    And that's it

I have no idea what your just said, but Ill try.........

Completely start over back to step 1.

    Download Winterboard from cydia
    Next download that windows theme
SSH it into the "themes" folder
enable it in winterboard and your finished.

Should work it's pretty simple if you did everything right.
