Maybe someone screwed the page up, but it claims Super monkey ball, and spore, will be $9.50... But how can that be??

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/App_Store

Is this just out dated information?

What do you mean by "how can that be"?

As far as I know it is the truth.

So you are relieved that the price is just under $10. I got the impression that you were annoyed or upset.

No mistake there, Super Monkey Ball and Spore will both cost $9.99 (not $9.50).

They can't cost $9.50 because all applications to be sold in the App Store (with the exception of free applications) must end in 99 cents. For example, an application could cost $0.99, $1.99, $4.99 or any other price ending in the pricing of 99 cents.

9.50, 9.99 its only 49 cents more. Regardless most of the apps will be quite cheap.
