External IP: Your address on the Internet network. Provided by your ISP.
Local IP: Your address in your Local Network (Usually 192.168.1.X, may be different for routers)
MAC Address: The address identifier of your Hardware. Looks usually like this: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX.

    Understand now?

Tes if I go into my touch's settings/general/about/Wi-Fi address/ there is a XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX string there. Thats why I was wondering if it was my MAC address.
