I currently live outside of US. I registered for an itunes store account in the us store to register my itouch but i cant buy any apps for my itouch since i need a funding source from US to do so. So i just noticed that there is a itunes store for my country and i can buy applications from it. So i want to know if i buy an application from the app store in my country can i use it in my itouch since its registered to another account?

Yes you can. I download free apps on the US store and my paid ones in the NZ store to the same ipod, no problems.

I think you might be confused.....The ipod isn't "registered" under the account... Itunes is.. and so you can have both accounts co-existing perfectly fine.
