Im not quite sure if it is...
but hey, its worth a shot.

So i have been searching for about two hours now, on Google and here and I figured posting here would be the best way to solve this.

I have an old fm transmitter the I used to use with my Ipod Nano but when i plug it in to my ipod touch it gives me the whole, "charging is not supported with this accessory" crap...

so... my question is... can i make it work with an app from cydia or something? is it software blocking it from working with this accessory? or what? help!

Look up the transmitter you have to see if it uses the firewire or USB prongs. If it uses the USB prongs, you can just bypass that warning/error message and use it

okay. im confused. :/ sorry. im kind of a noob with all this crap. its just a dock that holds the ipod (cradle) with a cigarette lighter thing on it and then it hooks into the port on the bottom of the ipod... nothing else.
