No. You download Quickpwn from blog.iphone-dev.org

That was from 1.1.1 days, I'm afraid.

Where it says 'Do you want to 'Add Cydia' 'Replace boot logos' and 'Add installer'.... what do these do?

They let you choose what you want to put on your iPod. Select "Add Cydia", and unselect "Add Installer" . If you don't want to change your boot logo ( Apple Logo at Start Up ), uncheck "Replace Boot Logos".

For your reference, keeping "Replace boot logos" checked will replace the image of the apple that you usually see when you turn on your device with a pineapple (pwnapple) and the "Connect to iTunes" graphic will be replaced by a cartoon of Steve Jobs saying something in Russian.
