Okay, Im not sure if this is a software problem (custom 2.0.2 FW) or a hardware problem (I take very good care of my iPod)

Anyway, Ive been noticing that the home button isnt very responsive at all. When I want to wake it have have to press is at different angles up to 5 times (although, sopmetimes it wakes on the first time)

So, is this a legit reason to send it back? Or, is it just a software problem, caused by pwning?

Try restoring to an Apple-sanctioned firmware. If the problem persists, you can rest assured that it is a hardware issue. (obviously not your fault if you take good care of your iPod)

Absolutely sounds legit if your home button isn't working well
