is there way to fix the Cydia stuck at boot screen problem?

    I heard of a way where you move around your app store apps and stuff like tht but i dont want to do that, is there something to install to fix this or something?

    That's not being retarded, just impatient. You shouldn't use the term retarded in a derogatory way.

    Cydia displays that it is done installing the application even when it is indeed not. To avoid problems with Cydia, make sure you let the spinning wheel at the top left of your iPod's screen (right next to the WiFi signal bars) finish spinning (it disappears) before clicking "Return to Cydia", "Restart Springboard" or generally just exiting out of the Cydia download screen.

    i just downloaded something and I waited till it was done spinning and when it was over the resping spinning wheel came in the middle of the screen. Its not stopping, should i wait some more?

    EDIT: IT WORKED! IT TOOK A LONG TIME BUT IT WORKED! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

    Hmm... Yes, try to wait it out. However, if the wheel seriously doesn't stop spinning (it continues to spin, and also beeps every few rotations), then you have a problem. In that case, try restoring, but NOT TO A BACKUP. Try redoing the whole pwning process using WinPwn or Quickpwn or Pwnage Tool - whichever suits your preference and needs.
