I don't know about a package like this for the gba..there a few games though..
    shotgunsfools repo is offering some.
I have basicly the same problem like you, can't connect the touchpod direct to a ftp or mac.
I use iShare a free webspace service available in the installer. It works great.
Easy to use with gba-games, more complicated to install scummVM games, but it's worth it.
    cheers,
    hanno

Use the program Total Commander. It will allow you to do the same things that WinSCP or CuteFTP will, although it will not be from WiFi. You plug in your iPod and view its files via USB.

I'm pretty sure it's not an installer source, you need an iShare account. I'm not sure, do a search for shotgunfool source and see what comes up.
