I had to restore my phone and before I restored it I did not click the sync apps. I want to have the myspace app on my phone but it will not let me download it from that app store cause I have firmware 3.0 and dont want to upgrade to 3.1 cause I will lose tethering. Is there anyway I can get an older version of an app? Thanks

your recycle bin on your desktop may contain previous versions of apps that you may have upgraded.

Why is it illegal to get older versions of apps?

It's not illegal to get older versions of apps, but the OTHER WAY of getting the older version is illegal.

[st─▒dangerous says: incorrect it IS illegal to get older versions of apps from 3rd party sources. You are not allowed to redistribute App Store binaries without permission and I doubt Apple would give that to anyone]

The app store does not sell old versions of apps, so therefore getting an older version from somewhere else would be illegal, because it isn't the app store

Even though[REDACTED] I am pretty sure it would be legal for you to search for Myspace <-- since it is already a free app) on it. It usually lists multiple versions of an app.

I don't think mentioning all this is bad because although the app is used [REDACTED] I am pretty sure it can be used to do this legally because it's the same deal with Emulators almost like you can test out your own games on it and do all that legally but you can't get roms for it legally

Bye, you are not supposed to give information like that on these forums because it is illegal.
