is there any wasy to get a ipod out of restore mode

    I am not sure, but I think you can force a reboot.

    Run the command "cmd fsboot". I think that's it.

    if you're using a mac you can use the iphone utility called iNdependance

    http://independence.googlecode.com/files/iNdependence_v1.3.2_beta.dmg

    it doesn't actually do much other than kick your iPod out of restore - the rest of the time it just looks for your non-existent iPhone.

    (just plug your ipod in and launch the app)

    If you're using a PC use an earlier build of iBrickr (earlier than the 113 edition)
