    Try here. It's a hardware unlock (you put a device between the SIM card and the iPhone).

    Not right now, but if you want to wait, an update to UltraSn0w by the iPhone-Dev Team is imminent (considering they find a software exploit). But don't update to iOS 5.1, that will ruin your chances.

    You could unlock the iphone 4s with the GPP Sim, I asked one Chinese friends to find the GPP Sim in the Segate market in Shenzhen and tested the unlocked KDD1 iPhone 4S use China Mobile Network in their store, just check the video,
