    new 3G iTouch

I use a lot of txt files (code, notes, etc) and don't have wifi.
I can transfer to iTouch using DiskAid or iphoneFolders.

Is there an official, Apple allowed app that can read those files? pdf, htm, txt and the main ones.

I am considering jailbreaking but my needs are not that great beyond standard.

One app would probably do it but..... I get the impression USB interactivity (beyond music, etc) is a no no for Apple.

    ANY leads would be appreciated
    thx

I have just talked to Apple tech support. Jeez, this thing is tied up so tight. There is NO way to read even text files. The only suggestion was to use sync via Outlook - very clunky.

WiFi is really the only supported transfer option.

I feel - well, like I am in jail
