Save notes on my PC and then transfer them to another ipod touch?

I'm swapping Ipod Touches with a sibling and I would like to be able to keep my notes. I don't want to retype them I just want to transfer them over

    How wold i do that?

I'm not sure of the exact route one would take to do this, i'm sure someone will but with SSHing into your ipod I'm sure it is possible. I'll try and look into it real quick.

    EDIT:

Ok, if you SSH into your ipod and you are on 1.1.3 (or 1.1.4 I would assume) And go to var/mobile/library/notes (i THINK if you are on a lesser firmware it would be /var/root/library or something like that. I'm not entirely sure) there is a file called "notes.db" I have a feeling that might be your file you want to hang onto then replace on your new ipot to keep your notes.

I just changed my notes and refreshed and the file said "date modified" as right now so i think this is def what you want. If you don't know what SSHing is then search around here or there are videos on youtube about how to do this.

Edit 2: Rep if this helped!
