Rock? Uh...Why would you want to delete Cydia and Icy? The best answer I can give you is just hide Cydia and Icy.

yes you can use the poof! app in bossprefs or SBsettings to hide cydia and icy like Sunrisemoon said.

    Download Cydelete from Cydia
    Go to Settings
    Scroll down to CyDelete
    Where it says "Protected Applications"
    Turn OFF Cydia
Now Hold down any app(as if you wanted to delete any app)
    Now delete Cydia

it shouldnt cause problems with all three installed. i have all three on mine. and if you want to have only one then keep cydia its the best.

i disagree i think rock is the best because it is in the middle in terms of speed and full featcheredness, it may have some pains but it is still a really good installer.

PS.dont think im not speaking from experiance ive been around since the days of 1.1.1 and appsnap

no dont delete it with cydelete, just download sbsettings from cydia, install it, respring/restart your device, then unlock, slide finger across top banner where the time is, a thing will pop down, click more, click hide icons, and find the apps you want to hide, and slide the slider to ON.
Exit and poof theyre not there anymore, though you can still get them back doing the reverse; turn the hide off.
