    For 2.0

    Is there a way for the Wallpapers in winterboard to transition every second so its constantly changing the wallpaper?

    i have searched and found nothing.

    this html code could be of help: (code taken from THIS THREAD because this code allows you to use 4 wallpapers)
    Code:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-16"?>
    <html><head>
        <base href="Private/"/>
        <!--meta name="viewport" content="width=320, minimum-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0"/-->
        <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8"/>

        <style>
            body {
                background-color: black;
                margin: 0;
                padding: 20px 0 0 0;
                height: 442px;
                width: 320px;
            }

            img {
                -webkit-transition-property: opacity;
                -webkit-transition-duration: 2s;
                position: absolute;
                width: 320px;
                height: auto;
            }

            img.fade-out {
                opacity: 0;
            }

            img.fade-in {
                opacity: 1;
            }
        </style>
    </head><body style="color: black">
        <img src="Rock.png" id="rock"/>
        <img src="Plant.png" id="plant"/>
        <img src="Earth.png" id="earth"/>
        <img src="Fire.png" id="fire"/>

        <script>
            var fade_in = rock;
            var fade_out = plant;
            var fade_in1 = fire;
            var fade_out1 = earth;

            var fade = function () {
                fade_in.className = 'fade-out';
                fade_out.className = 'fade-in';

                var fade_tmp = fade_in;
                fade_in = fade_out;
                fade_out = fade_in1;
                fade_in1 = fade_out1;
                fade_out1 = fade_tmp;
                setTimeout(fade, 15000);
            };

            fade();
        </script>
    </body></html>

    EDIT!: GOT IT!!! allyou do is change the 15000 to a smaller number

    now it changes fast from this:

    Code:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-16"?>
    <html><head>
        <base href="Private/"/>
        <!--meta name="viewport" content="width=320, minimum-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0"/-->
        <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8"/>

        <style>
            body {
                background-color: black;
                margin: 0;
                padding: 20px 0 0 0;
                height: 442px;
                width: 320px;
            }

            img {
                -webkit-transition-property: opacity;
                -webkit-transition-duration: 1s;
                position: absolute;
                width: 320px;
                height: auto;
            }

            img.fade-out {
                opacity: 0;
            }

            img.fade-in {
                opacity: 1;
            }
        </style>
    </head><body style="color: black">
        <img src="1.png" id="1"/>
        <img src="2.png" id="2"/>
        <img src="3.png" id="3"/>
        <img src="4.png" id="4"/>

        <script>
            var fade_in = 1;
            var fade_out = 2;
            var fade_in1 = 3;
            var fade_out1 = 4;

            var fade = function () {
                fade_in.className = 'fade-out';
                fade_out.className = 'fade-in';

                var fade_tmp = fade_in;
                fade_in = fade_out;
                fade_out = fade_in1;
                fade_in1 = fade_out1;
                fade_out1 = fade_tmp;
                setTimeout(fade, 1);
            };

    If you see where it says

    setTimeout(fade, 15000)

    Change the number to the number of seconds (Guesswork!)
