Basically I would like to know is there a way to know if an iPhone is jailbroken when it is connected to an enterprise network? Is there something different that can be seen from a network view of the device? Thanks for help in advance.

no. from my understanding, if you are using normal apps (ie: safari, app store apps, etc,) then no. if you are using a jailbroken app that requires data, then still probably not. it all is the same data to the network. its just the fetcher for the end user.
