    The notes application from the touch... You must install the iPhone applications repository (repo.us.to).

    There's also a text editor that allows you to save your stuff as .txt (or actually whatever extension you want) files. However, it is quite buggy (no crashes or anything, but some keyboard probs that require an extra click) and does not implement the auto-correct feature.

    and theres a plugin for the MobileNotes App that lets you import/export .txt docs to it... i think
