no NATIVLY supported, in the springboard folder with the dock image and keypad images and all the other stuff, theres a landscape dock (SBDockBGT-Landscape.png) and the regular one (SBDockBGT-Portrait.png) in the "/System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app" folder.

oh ok... i though iPad ran on a compleatly diffrent firmware then iphone/ipod touch, for example ipod touch still has some folders like for calling and SMS/MMS. So the iPad runs along with the iphone/ipod touch firmware?

idk i guess i assumed that because the ipad is very different from the ipod touch and iphone, screen size battery type the user interface is very different like the landscape spring board for example and the settings app is organized differently and the mail app is different because of the new side bar to navigate, it just seems very diffrent from the iphone based ipsw... but either way IF this is all on the saem firmware just disabled... i wonder if the jailbroke community would find a way to activate it
