iOS 4.1 Is there a Jailbreak similar to blackra1n for iPod Touch 2G

    Try greenp0ison..not a basic 1 click jailbreak, but about as close as you're going to get...

    Well greenpoison might as well be 1 click..if I remember correctly, the only other thing you really have to do is pit your iPod into DFU mode...

    Greenpoison is Pretty simple. You just follow the prompts on the screen to put the device in DFU mode. I only takes like 30 seconds to put it in dfu mode. and then the jailbreak itself is only a couple more minutes. Greenpoison will work for your device. Restore to 4.1, and then run greenpoison. That should work.
