Is there a dictionary for the iPod touch so you can lookup words away from wifi?

    theres a whole host of them on app store; ultralingua, miriam webster, american heritage, wedict blah blah blah

    WeDict is the best, and it's free.

    Uh, yes it does. That's what a dictionary does, pal. Also it has installable dictionaries in Cydia

    maybe this is cause you haven't enabled the dictionary(i.e. have "WordNet (r) 2.1" ticked) in settings

    Whenever i search for something, it doesnt give meanings :S
    can someone tell me how to make the meanings show up?
    And what do you mean installable dictionaries? like as in ones that work on wifi? or ones that add to weDict?
