Is there any site that lets you download Apps from Cydia in .app Format? Because thats the only way I can put some apps on my iTouch.

Because on most apps when I try to install an App after installing it. it freezes and I have to force shut it off and I have a 3.0 Jail Break and when I turn mine off I cant turn it back on without Restoring it and Jail breaking again

^How are you supposed to use that? There's no Home/Sections/Changes/Manage/Search tabs on the bottom like the app.

i use cyder but cyder doesnt check for cydia updates and i found wifi and had like 27 updates today and cyder doesnt do anything about it, and i have alot of stuff from cydia im not going thru it day by day for updates..

but if you just want apps to begin with, cyder is the best choice lol no glitches
