is there a cleaning solution

    I can tell that grease and dirt get on the whole ipod easily.. is there any cleaning solution any1 recommends.. i once in a while use microfiber.. but i want to clean it.. not just smudge it to the sides.

    go to an office supply store and look for a lcd monitor cleaning kit
    works great

    windex. The front is made of glass.

    i wouldnt use windex , i think it says somewhere not to use window cleaners
    try lcd solutions

    Actually in the iTouch download readme, it states not to use any chemical agents on the screen what so ever. Only use the wipe cloth provided by apple.

    Just so everyone knows.

    I'm not entirely sure, but I think they are worried about the chemicals lowering the sensitivity of the touch field below the glass. So they give a warning on the issue of using solutions on the iTouch.

    hey! are your itouches dusty under the screen???(around joystick) Ive had sony nwa by now - such a dusty garbage!!HOPEFULLY, touch is better..?

    that cloth provided by apple is horrible
    it dosen't do much to clean much of anything and tends to smudge
    if you can use it on lcd monitors I won't lose sleep using it on my ipod
