Hello, at the moment I'm really scared right now because I fear I've just broken 400$ worth of ipod :S. Alright, this all began when I started playing around with Kate. I now know a lot of people think the programs the devil. Anyway, I was uninstalling and restarting and now my ipod is off. When I try and turn it on using the lock + home button it stays on the Apple sign and freezes there. The only thing I can do is turn it off and on by holding lock + home button. My ipod doesn't connect to my computer or anything. I have no programming skills whatsoever, and I'm really scared right now. Please help. Suggest, Anything please.

    Ipod is firmware 1.1.4
16GB and I opperate on Windows Xp PLEASE HELP

Read the replies, before you post your own. The original poster has already mentioned that he has solved his problem.

Can I restore without losing EVERYTHING on my iPod?

EDIT: Yes you can. In some cases iBrickr works flawlessly
